Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 19 August 2026 | Effective Date: 19 August 2026

1. This agreement

These Terms form a binding contract between you and Rajan Kumar, registered at 147 Thadagam Main Road, Venkatapuram, Velandipalayam, Sri Sai Complex, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641025, India (“Glacro”, “we”), governing your use of the Glacro hosting and deployment platform.

By ticking the box at sign-up you confirm you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are signing up for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What the service does

Glacro builds the source code you connect to us and hosts the resulting website. We provide static site hosting: we run your build, publish the output, and serve it over the internet.

We do not currently run server-side application code, server-rendered pages, API routes or background functions on your behalf. If your project needs those, it will not work on Glacro today.

3. Your account

You are responsible for everything done under your account, for keeping your credentials safe, and for the accuracy of the details you give us. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

One person or organisation per account. Do not share logins or resell access to your account.

4. Your content, and what you may not deploy

You own your code and your content. We claim no ownership. You grant us only the limited licence needed to clone, build, store and serve it so the service can function.

You confirm you have the right to deploy what you deploy. You must not use Glacro to host:

  • Anything unlawful under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000
  • Material infringing another person’s copyright, trademark or other rights
  • Malware, phishing pages, or sites impersonating a real person, business or government body
  • Child sexual abuse material, or content that is obscene or defamatory
  • Content inciting violence or hatred, or threatening India’s sovereignty, security or public order
  • Crypto-mining, botnet control, spam relays, or deliberate load designed to abuse the platform

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaches this clause, and will act on valid legal takedown notices. Where we can, we will tell you first.

5. Plans, credits and billing

Usage is metered in credits. Each build consumes credits based on how long it runs. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance and a monthly bandwidth allowance, both shown on the Pricing page.

  • Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over
  • Unused credits have no cash value and are not refundable
  • When your credits run out, new builds are refused until the cycle resets or you upgrade
  • Paid plans renew every 30 days until cancelled
  • Prices are shown in INR for customers in India and USD elsewhere, and exclude taxes unless stated
  • GST is charged where applicable and shown on your invoice

Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international). We never receive or store your card or UPI credentials.

We may change prices with 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds: if the platform fails to deliver what you paid for and we cannot fix it, write to us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that billing period in full, to the original payment method, within 7 working days of approval.

We do not refund partly-used billing periods where the service worked as described, or credits consumed by builds you triggered.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Glacro available continuously, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime SLA on any plan. The service is provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis.

We may take the platform down for maintenance and will give notice where we reasonably can. We are not liable for downtime caused by your own code, your DNS or domain registrar, or an upstream infrastructure provider or a payment gateway.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, does not pay, or puts the platform or other customers at risk. Except for serious or unlawful breaches, we will give notice and a chance to put it right.

You may close your account at any time. On closure we delete your sites, projects and personal data as set out in the Privacy Policy, except records we must keep by law. Export anything you need first.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent Indian law permits, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Keep your own backups. Your source repository should be the authoritative copy of your code, not our build output.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

Before starting proceedings, please raise the issue with our Grievance Officer, whose details are in the Privacy Policy. We try to resolve complaints within 15 days.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Glacro after that date means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not, you may cancel.
